Stamped
This notice sets out how LocaleVelora uses personal data, on what legal basis, and the rights you have, including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation where they apply to you.
01Controller
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd (India), which runs LocaleVelora, is the controller of your data. For anything about your data, write to hello@localevelora.online or use the review form.
02Data we handle
- Review requests: your name, work email, kind of business, site address, markets in mind and message.
- Client work: contracts, invoices, correspondence and planning documents.
- Only if you grant it: read access to analytics or search tools for the sites we work on.
03Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and preparing a proposal: steps you asked for before a contract.
- Delivering the work you buy: performance of our contract with you.
- Keeping invoices and accounts: our legal obligations.
- Protecting the site from abuse: our legitimate interest in a secure service.
04Cookies
One cookie is set, and it is essential: it guards the review form against forged posts. Nothing on this site tracks, measures or advertises to you, which is why you are not asked to accept cookies.
05Translators and other recipients
Freelance translators working on a project see only the site content they need, never your customers' data. Hosting and email providers process data for us under contract. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires, and we never sell it or publish client names without written agreement.
06Transfers outside the EEA and UK
Because the studio is run from India and some providers sit elsewhere, your data may leave the European Economic Area or the UK. Where the law requires it, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details.
07Retention
- Review requests that lead nowhere: erased after twelve months.
- Access to your tools: removed when the project ends.
- Invoices and contracts: kept for as long as tax law demands.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you can obtain a copy of your data, have mistakes fixed, have it deleted or its use restricted, receive it in a portable format, and object where we rely on legitimate interests; consent, where used, can be withdrawn at any time. We reply within one month after confirming your identity. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
09Changes
When this notice changes materially, the stamp date above changes with it. See the terms of service and pricing for the rest.
